Lydia- Office Coordinator

Lydia operates the front desk at Velez Family Health. If you happen to call Velez Family Health, odds are Lydia will be answering the phone! She helps members coordinate their care with specialists, scheduling appointments, as well as ensuring the office is running smoothly. 

Casandra- Health Coach

Casandra has been part of Velez Family Health since it’s inception in 2015. She has worn many hats throughout the years. She is now the proud owner of her own business, Energize Thrive. She is a certified personal trainer and nutritional counselor. She is an integrative part of Velez Family Health’s lifestyle programs such as the Group Metabolic Detox and First Line Therapy (12-Week Lifestyle Program). 

Nancy Rosario- Finance Officer

Nancy Rosario is the accounting department of Velez Family Health. She is always in the office but you may be hard pressed to find her. She ensures that everything runs smoothly in the background, so our patients can have the best quality treatment we can provide.
